explorer 4.0 will it last?
Hello we just bought a used 2002 4.0 elplorer 4x4. To be honest i feel like tradeing it in after hearing all the problems with the cam tensioners, transmissions. I quess i am lookig for some reasurance here about this drive train. It only has 22k on it and runs good except for the squeal when going from park to drive. I wonder how many users have high miles and few problems. Would like to here from you. DA

ive got 177,500+ miles and have had no problems with it. the guy i bought it from has had it since it had 50,000 miles on it and he had nothing out of the norm wrong(tires and breaks) if that helps you out.
