broken rocker arm
I just had new O ringed heads put on my 03 with the 6.0. After 5K miles it was back to the shop with a broken rocker arm! My mechanic did not replace any of the rocker arms or pushrods when installing the new heads, is this my problem or was this just a one off? has anyone who replaced their OEM heads with O ringed heads let me know what you have done? Is 6.4 pushrods the way to go to solve this issue?

have not pulled heads off anything with more than 2 cylinders , since 1954....
but, that sounds like you are going to need to bore scope the cylinder to make sure no damage was done to the piston or valves.
I have watched Dave's Auto repair many engines with broken rockers, and even some crankshafts.

The only way to get rid of 6.0 problems,,, is to get rid of the 6.0. There is no fix, or combination of fixes, that can make the 6.0 not do 6.0 things.

but,
when I was on the market search, the only thing I looked at, was 4x4 and 7.3 diesels.
