There’s been other people interested in this too and I’m looking for some assistance in getting me over the finish line on this. I am interested in adding the factory 7/12 pin in bed for when I upgrade to a fifth wheel from my travel trailer. I have the plug and wires just don’t have the right wiring harness on truck.
See pictures below. I have wiring harness RC3T-14407-ADC on my 2024 350 lariat ultimate, 6.7, 2K pro power, no smart scales, 360 cam, no fifth wheel prep. Looking to get some help with part number for correct wiring harness to add the 5th wheel prep wires to my truck. If someone with ford in parts could help out or if someone that has a truck spec’d like mine but with 5th wheel prep could post number of their wiring harness that would be awesome. I found my wiring harness number between rear bumper and spare tire, was easiest to drop spare to get good photo of it but realized I could actually see it between bumper and tailgate afterwards.
I have found ford service instructions for adding this to a 23’ model but it doesn’t show a harness matching mine so they must have changed harness numbers between years more than just a year change. You can see in the one diagram from that instruction manual where the wires I need to plug into are located on passenger frame near where hitch mounts.
Big thanks to anyone that will help! I’ve scoured the forums and found people trying to do this but haven’t seen anyone successfully do it.
@Neohio No I haven't reached out to any parts place yet. From past experience they aren't much help unless you find an enthusiast behind the counter. Which I'm hoping I'll have good luck with that here. Or someone with a truck built right to look at their's.

I am not sure how much an enthusiast the user is, compared to your average truck guy. But they appear to know their stuff. I would start a conversation with them. If it can be done "factory", I would bet they have the answers.
The guys at Nichols Manufacturing have become experts on Ford Trailer TPMS/Camera systems and sell all the parts and give great advice. I found them to be very helpful when I did the same upgrade on my 2020 F350.
