I own a '01 F250 Superduty and decided that I didnt like the emblems all over the truck so I took off the Powerstroke ones which came off fine and then took off the f250 ones on the side of the truck and came to realize that there are holes behind them. Now I have three holes on each side of my truck where these were. By the way cleaning all the adhesive off SUCKS!!!!! I spent around 2 plus hrs cleaning 4 spots. I can take my truck to a body shop now and get those filled in and get it repainted or I think they sell aftermarket emblems that are billet or something besides the stock ones. Does anyone know who would sell these? Thanks in advance for any help for my problem.
A local 4x shop should be able to order some or pick up a truck magazine at the store and there are adds in there for places that sell aftermarket billet accessories (emblems, grills, antennas, etc.). Here are some places you can also check out:

You may want to get a number off these websites and call because you may not find what you're looking for on the site.

Well, when i used a heat gun to get them off i completely destroyed the factory ones but, i will take that into consideration when i make my final decision. Thanks for the input.
There was a previous post https://www.ford-trucks.com/dcforum/DCForumID117/4172.html about someone getting their tailgate replaced, but the emblem was unusal. Someone latter Identified it as from a Platinum Edition (region specific truck availibity). Might also check into the sport option (new for late 02) are the emblems on those trucks painted body color? Please post pics, whatever you do!!
