Bed Mat from Ford

Does anyone no why ford won't let you order the bed mat with the spray in bed liner? It fits fine with the liner just makes zero sense.

I just used the reward points and got the bed mat after I had the truck. Fits fine with the toughbed liner.

It's a CYA. They also won't let you configure a truck with the fifth wheel prep and a bed mat, AFAIK. Basically they only want you to have ONE kind of bed protection from them, because some pencil-pushing accountant believes or has data that shows multiple levels of bed protection could lead to some kind of lawsuit.

Many, many people get a spray-in liner and then put a bed mat in. And I get it, crawling around on a rough spray-in liner with shorts on does suck. Your dealer will let you order one.

Good use of your Ford points for purchasing a new truck. Really helps the knees as the spray in bed liner is like a cheese grater to knee caps.

Same here, I have the factory spray in liner then added the ford rubber mat. I did cut out for 5th wheel hitch mounts but it really does prevent sliding of items in back. Ford part number: HC3Z-99112A15-B
