I bet you that dealer will wack you for about $1000+, are there any 4x4 shops around you? they might give you a better price.
If you do go to the dealer, supply your own LS, aftermarkets are way better than a stocker.

What Yeti said. Get a good aftermarket unit and find a good 4x4 shop
near you to become friends with. The dealer is going to charge a boatload
