MAJOR whole truck rebuild

Ok guys, looking for a little feedback and input. I have a 94 Flareside that I've already d44 solid swapped and 10.5 inches of suspension lift sitting on 36 15.50 16MTZ's. Recently I've decided to put in superduty axles and 5.13 gears in preparation for the 39x18.50r17 Baja Belted 2 when they are released. We'll, i came across something I couldn't pass up. A 2008 f250 frame with about 10k worth of fabtech dirt logic 4.0 coilovers, 5.13 gears already installed, and4 link suspensionup front. I've been looking at getting a 90's f250 extended cab short box frame. Thinking having a heavier frame would be a good idea with how heavy the axles and suspension are, couldn't hurt having more than an ⅛ inch thick frame. Other option is to shortening the 08 frame and putting 94 body on it, but that's a whole lot of work. Probably better suspension wise, but a serious pain getting body on then getting everything else put on and not have it looked cobbled together.
