95 F250, 460, 5 Speed

What size is the short straight hose that connects the water pump to intake?

 

If I remember right it should be 5/8.

 

Id recommend using either an oteiker style clamp or a sourced tension clamp for the reinstall, the hose will last substantially longer without the biting of the worm gear into it over time(just a recommendation for the OP)
but 5/8 looks close to the size, quick google search of 460(albeit older carbureted ones) shows 5/8

The 460 to my knowledge even with serpentine never did reverse flow or anything? So that means the water pump should be the same as the older ones, which means the port is probably the same, so the hose is probably 5/8
