Hi guys I was leafing through FB marketplace and I saw the same generation as my '98 for sale with a fender mounted radio antenna For 2m 70cm. As an Ameteur Radio operator I've been looking for one of these that I can connect my HT radio to until I can afford a Yaesu FT 891. Does anyone know where I can find one of these that'll fit our vans?
Thanks and a lift of the lynch lid for your responses.

Thank you for your response. I would consider HRO except when I first started out with my Tech ticket I went to the one up Portland way and they did a bait and switch on my first antenna. I explained at that time (4 years ago) that I was a new Ham and I was shown paperwork for a flag antenna, but sold a Chameleon Micro. At that time there was No information that it was necessary to incorporate an Antenna Tuner with it. I was tapped out as my head rig is an Icom IC-7300. I tried varied directions/heights but I couldn't get the dang thing to resonate. As you can imagine, I was kind of bitter. Ultimately I drove up to Buddipole in Beaverton (before they moved to Colorado) and saw their construction process. Being impressed (with what knowledge I had at the time) I purchased their version of a Hex Beam. THAT is a bomb! Worldwide contacts were at last achieved. Since this time, I have been relying on DX Engineering and have yet to get burned. The difficulty is now, since I'm semi retired Social Security is my primary income, so my budget is rather tight.
Luckily, I have an account with Amazon.co.jp so I can take advantage of the USD/JPY exchange rate on many items. I'm deciding now between Comet, Diamond and Sirio. Sirio
