He is asking about just the foam cushions, I believe, not the whole seat. And to answer the question, I believe from what I have seen in other seats I've had apart that the cushions would be interchangeable.
On ebay the list a different lower seat cushions for driver and passenger side and there have a different mirrored shape. So I would say there not exactly interchangeable.
