How much do these trucks go for? Bought mine off a friend. She’s rust free except for a dime size hole in the hood and an another on the passenger fender. I also just flushed the cooling system.

A truck like that, not much. It's made to work, so you might get a little bit for it from a young landscaper just starting out. A truck like that is made to haul loads, and rides rough. And u haul most likely wore it out before they put it up for auction.
Paid 1700 for it. I’m mainly wondering if I can make my money back on it. I need something reliable and good on gas so all my projects are going. I hate to see her go but, that’s life

1700 does not leave a lot of wiggle room for someone wanting to buy it and the market is pretty small for a truck like that.
If it was a pickup the market would be larger but again how many are looking for a 80's pickup let alone a CC truck like that.

If it's a runner in good condition I'd advertise it for $2,000, and take $1,700 in the bargaining, then you will have moved a truck you don't need anymore and break even.
