So I bit the bullet and bought a set of the Luxx headlights for my 2005 Excursion. Pleased so far but having one issue that I am hoping someone on here has already figured out.

So here is the question. I have tied in the wires for the DRL LED light tube and it works perfectly....but nothing I do produces any light out of the lower of the two projectors.....as mentioned in the second paragraph.....what am I doing wrong? I am very pleased with the output and pattern from the upper projector.

At first I thought that the lower was low beam, and the upper were high, but it appears they all fire off fir low and high? Double check the connections per the instructions. Maybe you have a defective one. I hope they're reputable, They have a selection for the (2008-2010) Excursions...

Thank you for the reply. The do state that only the upper is used for high and low beam but the lower plays into the DRL scenario. Both work the same way so hoping that they are not defective. I will call them today and see what they say. Have a great week!
