Tomorrow they are forecasting a low of 3 to a high of 7 with 95% chance of rain.

Should get some shop time tomorrow to finish up the wiring for my home brew dual fuel pump setup.

Today was a good day.

It’s alive.

It rained, and is still raining just as the weather man promised.

A nice Sunny Hello from Beautiful British Columbia.

Yesterday I figured out an exhaust leak under hood on the Superduty 7.3.

When I rebuilt the turbo a couple years back I didn’t get the v-band clamp fully tightened from the collector to turbine. Didn’t have a clue it was leaking until the glow plug relay died and it was smoking instead of starting.

Makes me wonder how much drive pressure I was bleeding off and what my boost will be at once I get to drive it in the spring.

Hi Les, fixing that should make a noticeable improvement.

Happy Friday. All’s well over here on the west coast.

Not sure what I’m going to do this weekend but I am looking forward to the 2 days off. It was a busy week at work.

Might get some shop time to putter on the truck. Got to do some clean up to do out there too after the fuel pump. Tools scattered everywhere. Benches cluttered. Steel shavings on the drill press and floor.

Too cold to mess with trucks, it's -40 at night and not much warmer during the day.

Coldest we’ve hit so far is -4. You can keep your x10 temps.

It warms up to + 7ish during the day.

Rain is moving in next week and trending to +5 as an overnight low.
