This is all new to me, but I’m looking to level or possibly lift my 2020 Lariat.
Would anyone happen to know of a reputable shop located in Illinois that would be able to walk me through the whole process of what I need, installation, etc?
Just go pop your head in to some local shops and see if they seem like people you want to support. That said. You want looks? A better ride? A little more capability off-road? Do you tow? How heavy? How often? First pickup you've owned? Is there a budget?

Honestly, it’s more about the look. I don’t do any off-roading. I do tow throughout the year. An aluminum fishing boat (about 3,000 lbs).
In terms of budget, something that’s reasonable. Maybe a max of $1,500-$2,000.
Well coil spacers are super inexpensive. You can get away with coil spacers and nothing else and be able to fit a little larger tire and get rid of the rake on the cheap. Your ride will suffer some because you will lose some travel due to not lengthening the shocks.
To get a better ride at the same time you can do coil spacers and a set of 4 Bilstein 5100's and it'll feel like a different truck. In a good way.
Next step is replacement coil springs and the 5100's or some fox 2.0's. A track bar relocation bracket wouldn't be a bad idea depending on how tall the springs are. All the track bar does is recenter the axle at ride height.
