I have an 04 Lariat S-crew 4x4 loaded w/power rear window, sunroof and 1500 miles. The truck developed an annoying squeek somewhere around the rear window or behind the seat. It happens on bumpy roads. Anyone having a problem with this??
Also, do all the beds vibrate toward the back of the bed as much as mine? I wonder if the relocation of the rear shocks has something to do with this. I can really see the bed shake toward the rear when rolling over even the smallest bumps in the road. Wonder if this caused the squeek?
Overall I'm pleased, but I never had a lick of trouble with my 97 F-150 S. Cab xlt flareside.
Captain Jim, I have a 2004 FX4 it has just about everything on it,I don't have a power rear window. But I do have the squeek by the back window or I thought it might be in the headliner.I took it to my dealer they thought it was the tailgate because it was squeeking that did not help. I pick up my truck on 11-01-03 the squeeking did not start till I had about 6000 miles, it now has about 8500 miles. If you have gotten the squeek out please let me no what they had to do to fix it. Chad
I have a slight rattle in my drivers side REAR door. If I roll down the window a hair and roll it back up it goes away for a little bit. Nothing major, but I can hear it and it annoys me sometimes!
