OP only says he has a ‘93 with a 7.5 engine. His profile vehicle is made up
so is he worried that you might know what kind of vehicle he owns? It’s not like we have the VIN to track him down or that Ford only made one big block truck or van(?) that year.

have you opened the PCM. Usually it's one of the 3 capicators. If you can replace those 3 capicators that should fix your PCM. I use aluminum organic polymers capicators Less likely you will have further issues. I got mine at mouser.com they are inexpensive but you have to set up an account. A bit of a pain but worth it
I had it refurbished put it in all was good next morning junk doing same crap runs like its choked out. But if you drive it for a half hour or so all good. I'm going to send it back
