PLATFORM RUNNING BOARDS
Hello folks - looking at a new F-350 that doesn't have the $445 PLATFORM RUNNING BOARDS which I like on the truck as-is. Anyone know if this same exact item can be ordered after the fact from the dealer and have them install it - and if the same price or if it's significantly cheaper to get from factory? I'm guessing it IS available but would cost more to do after the fact. Thanks

In general, ordering a Ford part like that after the fact will be more expensive than the option cost if it were ordered at time of truck build. Plus you're either paying someone to install it or doing it yourself.

What running board options are out there oem for super duty trucks? I’m bringing home a new King Ranch this Tuesday hopefully and there’s a pretty good chance I’ll be ditching the power boards day one for a stationary board. But what’s the nicest ones available?
