Just bought a 1972 Ranger XLT Camper Special 2wd. The license plate is CA 72GOLDY. I got it from a guy in Vista, CA who bought it from a guy in Temecula, CA area. The guy I bought it from had virtually no information about the truck. The engine’s been rebuilt and the exhaust replaced. If anyone has any information regarding the truck, I’d appreciate it. Ah, if it were only so simple. Ideally, I’d like to find the person who rebuilt the engine. I’d like to know what else was done to the truck. I realize it’s a long shot, but thought I’d try. Thanks for replying and providing the information.
