I am in need of a pcm for a 2012 ford e150 xlt 4.6L passenger van. I sent my original one to be repaired but was told that it couldn't be fixed due to it being defective.

I've gone to the parts stores near me and I also have contacted my local Ford dealership and all are out of stock and on backorder.

Currently considering replacement PCM after several years of chasing an very occasional misfire that clears with an engine restart. Read reviews on bbb that were not very flattering, and Trustpilot was much more positive although the reviews looked mostly like they were a "template". Have you heard any first hand reviews of them? The other link for allcomputerresources above you provided indicates out of stock.
Any other recommendations for a source? Ebay seems to have a lot of options...but...

I had GO ECM in Grand Prairie, TX repair ECM for my 95 E150 5.8 a few months back. Happy with it so far. I dropped it off while I was in that area anyway and they shipped it back within a week or so.
