Could still be a bad sensor. Cleaning them is a start, but it could have an internal malfunction. If no work was recently done to the engine, I doubt there's a vacuum/air leak, but that would be my next move if sensors are ok.
If cleaning the MAP sensor doesn’t fix the problem, it may be worth resetting the MAF Adaptation. Using FORScan Lite for Android, under service tab, PCM section, reset MAF Sensor Adaptation.
