This guy has a diesel with a stick in a bullnose F250, so some of his mods and techniques are diesel and stick specific. I won't be copying his step of removing the alternator and charging the battery at home. The aerodynamic improvements could work on anything.

like the cummings boyz that claim they get 64 mpg out of their 3000 hp 12 valve with i.7 million miles on it.
