Have the political arguments over the CCW stopped confusing the issue in Missouri yet?

Last I heard St Louis was being weird..

The legislature passed a CCW law, but the liberals found a St. Louis judge to put an injunction on it. It comes up for argument in the MO supreme court in January.

I am unbiased, but I dont understand how they can pass a law like that after it was voted down just a few years ago. Just dosent make sense to me.

When the law was voted down people were over confident that it would pass. The rual areas didn't get out the vote and the liberals in the large cites were the factor.
If they would put there money into making the law so that the people that carry are qualified and not trying to beat the law it would be allot better.
We will have it some day. All states that have it have a lower crime rate and it is because you can't control the crimal but you can detur him.
