dealer tech world, did not make any difference, every brand out there using 8mm studs suffers from the issue , i would send the manifold out to be trued replace every stud and nut
I would use the stainless studs and nuts with Never-Sieze on all the threads so when they break again they might be a little easier to remove.
When I installed my Banks headers (410 stainless) they came with 400 series stainless bolts that looked the same as when installed 10+ years later when I sold it, but a different situation between the header flange and those big thick manifolds.
