I am not sure but it would mount to a 292 yblock and the tranny seen in the [icture $50 and its yours!

Already have the tranny.
Just need a bellhousing to connect the T98 to a 223 ...

292 pattern is different than the 223 pattern.

215, 223 and 262 share the same pattern.

Ford used a different bell pattern for almost every engine series.
