I have a carlyle by napa topside creeper. Part number is 815-1346. Its almost 2 years old. Little use. The guide pieces on the top platform or seat have broke. Plastic kinda stoppers or sliders. I have called napa and the customer service for help. They were no help. I havemt found anything online to help. If this is in the wrong area please let me know. The top slider is unstable and falls off now. This is what the slides or spacer stoppers look like. This is where they go. They sit in the rail of the top cushion
