The ignition cylinder is missing and then the white box that goes to it is where they spliced into it so that like there's no wires going from there to the ignition cylinder but the original one is the original wiring for the engine is plugged into it he just placed that push start into the the white Switch Box Thing

I can't make sense of what Ford has going on here. I am seeing from multiple sources conflicting information and non existent (at least that I can find) wiring diagrams. Honestly I would suggest going to a U pull and getting a column and a harness. The PO may have done that due to an issue with the ignition mechanism or column lock.

Here's the diagram. You can see the power starts at the ignition switch, leaves the switch on a red/blue wire and goes to a fuse in the fuse box. Then leads down to a neutral safety switch and then makes it's way to the starter relay.

To repair this you need to be able to have some test equipment, a meter and a testlight would be good, and be able to read this diagram. I haven't met anyone on here lately who knew or would even attempt to try to read a wiring diagram. I offer to help and they just ignore the post. Since you wanted a diagram, maybe you are up to the challenge. Sorry for the rant, it's been building for awhile.
