Rain gutter attachment
Hey guys. I'm getting ready to do the bodywork on my truck. It will include welding in some small pieces of the rain gutter. Does the horizontal gutter get welded into the door jamb? I can see that is the case on the vertical section, but on the horizontal I can't tell.

P.S. After I posted the above quiery, I found a good vid on YouTube that was exactly what I needed. Here it is:
I'm hoping that I can simply R&R 2-3 small sections, but experience has taught me that rust spots are ALWAYS larger than they appear.
