does anyone know what gear to use i need to do the conversion but i want to mount the gear in the inside of the frame because i heard that my tires could rub, does anyone know if thers a braket that i can get and if i could use my own sterrin column are if i need to cut the frame are use a different column, thanks any information helps

I used a gear box from a 1979 bronco. Had to cut the weld on the front cross member to have access to the inside of the frame for installing and welding the nuts from the gear box bolts. Then bent the crossmember back into place and re-welded. Best mod. I've done!! what a difference!
