Well, I've seen FORD update just about EVERY head gasket they ever made
The 4,0, the 3.8 the 6.9 and 7.3. The 5.0
That said I would get the latest FORD ones
They ALL will work, just for how long
Biggest thing is a flat surface
If the head gasket blew, it will blow again sometime
Needs to be flat within .002-.004 across the block on the long side and .001-.002 across the width
