Dim instrument lights....

Problem Fixed!
I took "Robert Red Ford"'s advise and changed out the headlight/dimmer switch ($22.50 at the local NAPA).
Took about 10 minutes (I already had the "hook" tool made up for the light and wiper ***** when I replaced the dash bulbs from before, so that saved time).
Now my dash lights are nice and bright (at least as bright as they were when they were new).
I think I'll be skipping out on the LED replacements for now...

I still wanna color theme my dash though, so maybe I'll buy those incondesent red lights and get a new dimmer switch also. I can see my general dash ok, except for the left side of the speedometer and I've checked the bulbs, they are working over there, so I'm not really sure why it's so dim.
