TSB 11-10-11 Brakes - Adjustable Brake Pedal Adjustment Inoperative

I'm TRYING TO LOCATE THE INFORMATION which would tell me how to remove the broken gear within the tube of the adjustable brake pedal.

TSB 11-10-11

10/10/11 kit # AL2Z-2455-A

ADJUSTABLE PEDAL - ADJUSTMENT INOPERATIVE

FORD:
2000-2003 F-150, Windstar
2002-2004 F-Super Duty
2002-2005 Excursion, Explorer

SERVICE PROCEDURE

This may be caused by a broken gear on the adjuster pedal drive shaft. The gear can be replaced by ordering the Adjustable Pedal Kit and following the instruction sheet included with the kit.
