Towing mpg improvements

At 60 you should see an improvement, I can't really say for sure how much, a lot depends on the frontal area of the trailer, and how fast you normally drive. I have found that to get any kind of mileage when towing, regardless of what I'm towing or towing WITH, the sweet spot is 65 mph or less. Above that and mileage really drops off no matter what.
Headwinds will kill it, tailwinds will help it, calm winds are easiest to deal with.

Switch to the stock 17" wheels and you would "probably" gain 1MPG... JMO 
Get a 5 star eco tune and you "would" get another 1MPG +, not an opinion, a fact in my case...
