My wife has a '23 Expedition that has developed a creak/rattle in the sunroof area when riding on rough roads, which is pretty much around town Most noticeable at speeds 25-45. After 3 trips to the dealer, they diagnosed loose magnets in the headliner and want to replace the whole thing. Not a fan of this as there have been known issues with sunroofs in older models. Thoughts on replacing the headliner?

 

The metal frame that pop up for the mini windscreen were ratting on mine, just a little felt tape and fixed. nothing ot remove.
