Frame Mounts?

What do i do now?
I took the 4.9 out of my 88 F-150 and i am putting a 5.8 out of a 90 f250. What mounts do I use? Do I just use the rubber and steel block off the 351 that bolts to the motor and the mount or do i have to change the mounts that bolt to the frame?
