3.5 engine interchange
My friend's wife over heated the engine in her 2016 explorer with a NA 3.5L V6, now there is water in the oil. They are on a tight budget so I plan to head to a u pull it to get used engine.
I have read that 2015-2019 Edge, Flex, Exporer, and Tarus are the same, the only problem is there is only like 1 or 2 of those anywhere in my area but I have also read some stuff saying the Tarus used the same long block going back to 2013.
Is that true? Is there any other year explorers or other models that used the same long blocks?
