Electrical help needed.
Just bought the truck. Came with extra wiring harnesses, and injectors, turbo, etc. It’s a project truck. Trying to figure out the wiring for the puddle lamps and the dome light. Put new bulbs in, everything works besides my dome light. But now my puddle lamps, and cargo lights won’t shut off i gotta pull the 15a fuse. Im down to a ground issue in the harness which would be the black wire with blue tracer. My question is were does it ground out to? Would that be why I have to pull the fuse for them to shut off. Figured I’d mention the door switches and headlight switch are all working as they should so that’s not the problem. Also if someone knows what this dangling plug under my dash is that’d be nice. It’s a 6 post connector with 4 wires, black, black and purple, white and purple and green and yellow which I know is the hot wire for the lights and everything really.
