The suggestions are appreciated, unfortunately none of them have worked. If it were any type of dirt, it would have come off by now.
I took another picture that is much closer-up than the others. I really do not think it is dirt or soiling of any type. It looks like small dots on the fabric, or maybe the nubs of the fabric have worn off and the dark specks are what remains.

It is likely a dyed material, that doesn't penetrate very deep. Same thing happens with cheaper leathers. Depends on how much you move/get in/out of the seat as to how quickly it happens. If you shift a lot while seated, or get in/out a lot, the dye wears out quicker.
It is why I specifically avoid ANY light colored interiors - they all do this at different rates.
Oh I see. The color is wearing off. That shouldn't happen with so few miles, you may be able to get it warrantied and then perhaps one of those resistall like treatments? No idea if they work. If all else fails SIEM makes good dyes, but needing to do that yourself sucks and I don't know if they have that color.
