I currently have a 17 f350 drw with 6.7 and 4.10 gears. I get 8-9 towing 13.5 solo. What could I expect with a 25 f350 drw with 6.7 and 3.55 gears. I tow approx 20000lb fifth wheel.
You know the saying "Your mileage may vary"?
I don't think there is any way we can give you a legitimate number. Frontal area of the trailer, acceleration rates, hills, traffic, etc. all play a part in making your results different from what others get.
I'll bet there's someone here who would get much better mileage with your setup, and someone who would get much worse.
The 10 speed transmission does make it so a more efficient ratio can be used, not only because it has a deeper first gear, but also because it helps keep the engine on a more efficient operating range when a downshift is required and by being able to upshif sooner but not lug the engine.
I believe you will find that people who have made the same switch are not complaining about a lack of towing ability or any negative related to the gear change.
As mentioned above, driving style and what you're pulling are going to be a major factor in what kind of mileage you get. If you have a 'lead foot' and accelerate/brake hard, it likely won't matter.
You'll see an improvement in mileage with the 10 speed and the 3.55s, especially unloaded. I have been hearing (but haven't done much towing myself yet - this summer was not conducive to camping for us) that even towing the mileage is better with the 10 speed and 3.55's than the 6 speed and 4.10's.
I can tell you my 2017 truck with 3.55 gears got 10.3-10.5 mpg towing
My 2020 with 3.55 gears got 11.0 -11.2 mpg towing
My 2023 HO with 3.31 gears got 12.2 mpg this past week towing from Utah to the Tetons
All trucks were F350s and had same size tires and were pulling the same trailer
So the newer trucks are getting better fuel mileage. My 23 because I went a stiffer gear. But I still have plenty of power for the 13,000 lbs horse trailer I haul
Painted Horse are you listening to the BeeGees? Is that what is on your display?
I can't zoom for some reason.

Brandon, I would normally have been coming down the Salt River from Afton to Cokeville, over to Woodruff and over Monte on my way home, But they had a big fire and closed the hiway, So we came down I-15
Fire on Monte or somewhere else? Logan cyn was on fire a couple weeks ago. North Slope is burning too. We need some rain.
And every road around is under construction. We are working in Cheyenne for a couple months. Last Sunday Weber and Echo Canyons were at a standstill for semi truck wrecks. So we went over Trappers and down Ogden Canyon.
