Finally some progress
I've had my '56 Panel back now for 8 years+, after selling it to a friend 17 years earlier. I haven't made much progress unfortunately. But now I have a talented younger friend who is available and willing to help me do all that is needed to finish it. I would love to drive it to the event in Pigeon Forge TN in May of 2026.

Congrats and having someone to help will make it move a long a lot quicker.
Time flies so depending on how far you take it and how much free time you have it might be a constant thrash for o get it done on time!
Keep the updates and some pictures coming.

It is a good thing to set a deadline, the timeframe that you have laid out is doable but will require much dedication to the goal.
