AC Problems 04 Excursion
Hi I'm having issues with my 2004 Ford Excursion 6.0 with it just blowing out the defrost. The AC is cold but will not switch. I have replaced the vacuum lines, the blend door actuator, and vacuum pump. I am getting good vacuum, the ESOL works perfectly but I still cannot get the AC to switch from the defrost setting. Not sure what else to check or what else to look for at this point.

by default when there is NO vacuum, heat and a/c automatically runs defrost only, make sure you have it to the switch , start at the engine work into the dash ,make a post in https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum29/ asking for more detailed help

I agree with @charlie g, start a new thread in Excursion - King of SUVs and/or start one in 1999 - 2016 Super Duty. They'll be able to get you going!
