I have an 85 F250 XLT Lariat. It has a 6" superlift, a dana 60 rear end, limited slip diff., and 36" tires. My problem is that every time I accelerate to approximately 45 miles per hour, the entire truck starts to shake violently. Less or more than 45, it runs fine. It feels like a suspension problem, not a motor issue, as it originates from the rear end.
The tires have about 3000 miles on them. I had the same problem with my old set of tires, but it was very sporadic. With the new ones, it has gotten progressively worse.
BTW, the tires have been checked and are not out of round (been confirmed at the tire shop). I certainly could have them rebalanced and checked again. I am pulling what little hair I have left out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Who did the lift? Are the driveshaft u-joints in a bind? If you tilted the rear pumpkin up to relieve the angles, you need a double-cardian joint on the front of the driveshaft like a Bronco has.
