Thanks you guys..........I had no idea that 87 octane was recommended for my truck....i barley put in the autolite plats in and they are already starting to miss when i accelerate. Maybe autolites arent good. By the way how do i get the carbon build up out of the engine? I got totally different opinions about this subject i guess ill try every one until it works for me. But over 170,000 miles with out a major problem I must be doing something right. Just that annoying miss when i accelerate is my concern. hey james's f_1_fiddy01 whats that disc rear all about (keep me updated) Anyway i appreciate all your responses and opinions !! It helps me to learn more about my truck as it ages and helps me to keep it running. I will keep yall updated and thanks Joseph, Tom, travlnman, james's f_1_fiddy01 and BlueOvalFitter for taking time out to help me out i owe yall big time.(I still got my ears open to any more suggestions)
