One of the very few 'technology' things I use in my truck... is the camera that looks into the pickup bed. Well... all of a sudden, it doesn't work, now. All of the other cameras do, however.
I routed the cables for my dashcam up through the passenger A-pillar a few weeks ago, about the same time the camera stopped working, give or take... does the cable bundle for that specific camera run up through there, too? There are a bunch of wires that run through the door sill as well... found those when I was running the rear camera cable... but I'm not anxious to start pulling all the wiring out of those runs just *****-nilly. Does anyone know if that specific camera lead (and probably the antenna wiring, too...) run up through the A-pillar?
Sorry, can't answer the wiring question, but, blue screen on center screen? Happened on mine awhile ago. I've also read of others having this issue, where just the bed cam goes out. The Ford OEM part is cheap and I didn't want to deal with a dealer and warranty, so I just replaced it myself. Five minute job. I lost the center alignment line though. Odd thing was the online part number was different (so I was hopeful they redesigned it to fix the prob) but the sticker on the part itself that showed up was identical to the takeoff part, even the mfg date was almost the same, within a few days, so I won't be surprised if the replacement fails soon. Good luck.

Do you have the part number, by chance? And... what part is it? The camera itself?
This can't be a coincidence. My bed view camera just went out too, just a blue screen. @Ford Motor Company - is this a software issue? If it is, we need it fixed.

That is a little odd.... and I just turned on my automatic updates. Something smells fishy in Denmark...
Well that was a waste of time. Advised to take it to the local dealer. I'll pull it apart in the next day or two and see if I can find anything in the unit. I'm not going to the dealer for a camera in the 3rd brake light...

Same here... 7 emails and, finally... 'go see your dealer! They are highly trained!'
Not right year range but a week ago my 21 450 did the exact same thing and I've done nothing to the truck. Was getting ready to connect to one of my g/n trailers and when I went to toggle the camera view to the chmsl in bed view the screen didn't respond. All other buttons worked as normal as well as all other camera views save for the the most critical one at that moment. Old Murphy....
Anyways I shut the truck down, ignition off, door open and closed. Restarted. Still didn't work. Hard reset of the apim and that didn't help either.
A few hours later I went to test it and it worked just fine and hasn't failed to work since. Very puzzling to say the least.
No codes via forscan either.

Is it just a coincidence that I emailed back and forth with Ford this week and now mine is working again?!? I don’t believe in luck, fate, or coincidence…
But it’s working again, as of last night.
My blue screen failure seemed to be related to high temperatures. Sitting out in the sun above 85F seemed to cause it to fail. Once it cooled off, the signal came back. Just my observation over a few failure cycles. YMMV.

Well... and there is a recall going, now, for the backup cam... supposedly a software issue, but I have to take the truck in for it, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I'm not in a huge hurry to solve the problem... I've been driving for about 45 years without cameras telling me what to do, so I'll probably survive another few months without it... but I'm always suspicious of issues that are software based. Whoever is writing Ford's software needs to take up a different vocation.
