7.5 swap to 7.3

Hey I’ve got a 1997 F350 with the 7.5l 460 and an automatic transmission, I’m starting to look into the idea of swapping the engine for a 7.3l diesel engine of a similar year, I’ve never done something like this before so I’m trying to figure out everything involved, such as would it bolt up to the transmission I already have and would I need to bulk up the front suspension to handle the weight? I’m going to continue to doing research into it but wanted to see if anyone here has some good insight into it, thank you for your help

Trans wont bolt up
Suspension will need to be upraded with new springs
Need engine wiring harness, PCM, IDM, fuel system, exhaust, radiator and rad support bracket.

Believe it or not it would be easier to swap in a Cummins, kits available to handle the whole project
