Shift linkage 3-speed transmission with overdrive.

I would need some suggestions from you what to do with my shift linkage. It's a F1-52 but with a 3-speed transmission with overdrive probably from a Ford or Mercury car 50-51.
When looking at the linkage, it looks like the rubber bushings in levers are bad. It also looks like one of the bushings is almost out of place and also like the
rod could be a little twisted? Can you please advice me what to do and what to buy? I have seen bushings kits but I dont se how they locked the rod to the lever on my truck. It dont look like the cotter pins they used for levers on the transmission levers. Thanks!!!

The bushings do not seem to be separate cataloged parts - Ford has them as part of the lever assemblies which I believe are 8A-7302 (https://www.ebay.com/itm/315918174829) and 8A-7303 based upon your transplant information.

Both are available from VanPelt NOS and NORS Parts For Sale - Page 4

You may be able to replace just the bushings with something like this:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/194763331434

or

I think the bushing kit is going to be just fine because shifting gears has not been very difficult. I just noticed this when I was under the truck working with a wiring issue. Thank you very much!!!!
