Hmm...I have the app...let me check again...thanks.
I believe there is a section on the ap that you plug your vin and date of purchase in. If that don’t work, go talk to your local dealer. If you bought prior to 10/2024, a diesel is worth 75k points. That’s about $400

Just checked. VIN is already in the app. Will attempt contacting the dealer, but not confident they'll be too helpful....

you might have to go in under the help link. I had to do that the other day. You have 18mos to do something with the balance to keep that reward active. I didnt know this and lost 4300 poonts from a 2023 purchase. You can buy services or parts from a dealer with the points. I just used the newly scored points to offset a parts purchase
The idea is that the points given at purchase would cover three oil changes. That's why the diesel purchase is a much higher point reward. Now it seems Ford is happy giving you one. My new CRV comes with one. The free oil changes are going away.

Cheers.
If you figure it out, I'd be interested to know. Bought mine 900 miles from home and the local dealers are uninterested in helping a traitor such as myself. Even though, I gave each of them a chance to special order what I wanted.

Ok, went online with my laptop, brought up the ford pass website logged in and clicked "missing pass points" (or something similar). Entered the date of purchase and vin. Voila, instantly added 31,000 points. Now, what to purchase...

Ahhhhh....shrugs!
Thanks for that, but I am two weeks too late by the looks of it. I can't put in my purchase date, as it's just outside of one year!
