This radiator really is "plug and play" for the 6.4L. It is missing the lip to attach the upper air deflector plastic on to, but you can just attach it to the sides and flop it into place where it sorta stays put. I ended up zip tying the battery cable on to the attachment points for the degass tube and vacuum line that run across the upper fan shroud. It looks like they decided to up the price to $840 after I paid $670 for it last week. With amazon the shipping is free, so they didn't make as much money off of this thing as they could have. Nice radiator.
The box it came in really was wood and looked like the one in the picture. The nipple for the degas tube is 1/4" and not 3/8" like the original. You'll need a fitting or something to connect the degas line to the radiator. There is a slightly cheaper (possibly quite a bit cheaper) version of this radiator also on amazon. It's for a MANUAL TRANSMISSION and does NOT include the cooler inlets for an automatic. Make sure you double check that bit.
