1999 expedition

Any suggestions on air conditioner not blowing cold air and clutch will not engage. New compressor ,filter dryer, condenser, acutator , high and low side valves .. still no cold air.

Bad high side switch?

Test the power flow to low switch and the high side switch.

There's an electrical issue keeping the compressor from running. This could be either the low or high pressure switches, low refrigerant, or the compressor relay could be bad. Once the compressor is running, if you still don't get cold air, it is possible you have a broken blend door. That was a big issue with these vehicles.

Bad compressor clutch relay is a common failure.
