2024 Super Duty Tremor. I've been having to drive lately on roads that produce a lot of tar and rock chips. I have splash guards which help, but am still having issues with tar, road grime and rock chip build up. I was looking into rear wheel well liners. Ford ones are around $200. Aftermarket are around $110. Wondering if I should go with one of these options or just spray rust proofing or bedliner material instead?
when i ordered my 2024 f250 i thought it was funny that wheel well liners were an option. i did order them of course and they are fine. if i was younger, and as i am i keep vehicles forever, and i lived in iowa still, i would probably undercoat the whole underneath and do the wheel well liners. of course these trucks are now aluminum so my worst enemy was always rust so now thats a non starter. do both,,,,
I've got the OEM Ford ones on mine. I think they make the back end look more complete. Easy to clean, too. I've recently come from the F150 world where the OEM liners were preferred over the aftermarket. They cover more area. Not sure if it's the same situation with the Super Duty.
The Ford rear liners were made by Penda when I got my 2019. I bought the Penda liners from Advance Auto for just under $100 with an on-line coupon that always popped up. I suggest you look for those if still available.
I had put Husky ones on one of my previous Raptor F-150's and it was a fight. This time I bought the OEM front ones using ford Points. Its like comparing apples to oranges, but the OEM installed way easier for me on the Super Duty.
I got the Rough Country ones for right around 100 and they fit perfectly. I like that they are smooth and don't have a lot of indentations. Really easy to clean!
Ordered mud flaps, wheel well liners, and upgraded running boards on 2026 F250 Lariat. Hoping more protection will yield quieter long distance ride. Wonder if upper end trim models have more sound insulation?
Just had them installed on my 2025. Ordered from Ford website, $220 minus 15% discount. Had them delivered to dealer and installed for $42. Better then my old *** crawling around on the ground.
