Re-Intro
Re-introducing myself as not a new member, but one who has been gone for a few years. During my interregnum I drove a 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 WT. It proved to be a rust bucket and when the check engine light came on I decided it was time to get rid of it!
I found a nice 2019 F150 XLT Supercab 4x4 with only 74,357 miles on the odometer and am now, for me, "riding in style"!
I find all the technology incorporated into the truck to be a little overwhelming, being somewhat of a luddite when it comes to this stuff (I got my first cell phone inl 2023!). I also view all the technology, while nice, as stuff that can/will go bad.

this old mechanic is with you on all this hightech pushed down our necks. give me a truck with that now a anti theft item called a CLUTCH and manual transmission without a tablet 10 inch computer screen staring at me , plus a real super cab ,yes! i dislike the moredoor look with a worthless bed length , i'd be first inline to order
